2. Data Collection
We collect information in two ways:
- User Profile: Name, email address, and billing information (handled securely via Clerk and Razorpay).
- Uploaded Content: Photos and videos you upload for AI processing.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your private uploads to train public generative models without your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain your uploaded images for a limited time to facilitate the "Timeline" and "History" features. You can delete your content or account at any time via the dashboard.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. Your payment information is never stored on our servers; it is handled entirely by Razorpay.
