By accessing or using ScaleValue AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Credit System & Payments

ScaleValue AI operates on a credit-based system. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree that:

Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Bonus credits do not expire as long as your account is active.
All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure as defined in our Credit Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use ScaleValue AI to generate: - Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - Non-consensual sexual content (Deepfakes) - Content that promotes illegal acts, violence, or hate speech. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

4. Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload and the results generated using our tools. ScaleValue AI claims no ownership over your creative output.

5. Limitation of Liability

ScaleValue AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our AI tools, including but not limited to loss of data or profit.
